Description

This project was a 45,000 square foot old car dealership transformed into an upscale church facility that included 2 large lobbies, a 1200 seat auditorium, 3 coffee bars, a full kitchen, children's classrooms, administration offices and a large youth facility. Along with the challenges we faced inside the building, we also demolished an existing parts department, full scale mechanic shop and wash bays. The construction schedule was also quite time sensitive - there was no time to spare in order to get the client moved in and fully functioning, as they were due to be out of their old facility at a pre-determined date.
